Yes! Unlike most other maintenance plans, we don’t charge for this. We value you as a customer, and we understand that your requirements may be constantly evolving. Whether recommending an off-the-shelf solution or starting the process for a custom build, we’d love to chat about what solution can meet your needs.

Yes! Unlike maintenance-only agencies, our development shop has the bandwidth to also work on larger projects like new features and redesigns. As long as it fits within your hours for the month, we will get it done with no time cap per request.

No, however, you can provide our team a schedule of requests ahead of time and allot hours for larger updates or initiatives.

We provide a variety of commercial WordPress licenses at no extra charge as part of our maintenance plan. As part of the onboarding audit, if we have any additional licenses are required to keep the website up-to-date and safe, we will send over a list of accounts and licenses we will access to or for you to purchase if you do not have already. Our team will apply such licenses to your site and notify you in the future if we are unable to run the necessary updates or access support if the license relapses.

Our agency utilizes customer service infrastructure to manage all issues through our online ticket management system. Tickets are tracked to provide a trail of client communications, development activities, and time spent. For mission-critical requests, such as checkout failure or loss of service, we prioritize your ticket to get you back up to speed as quickly as possible.

It depends! We do our best to support complex website at no extra charge. WooCommerce, MemberPress, LearnDash, etc. During our evaluation, we will confirm if this plan is the option for your website or if our e-commerce maintenance package may be a better fit.

While our team does everything we can to prevent such a situation, if an issue is detected, we will attempt to resolve the issue with our best effort using three hours of our team’s time at no cost. If we are still unable to resolve the issue, we will communicate that restoring a website backup to the last working version may be the best option. If this is not desired, we will provide a separate quote covering the best approach to permanently resolve the issue such as incompatibility and / or abandoned plugins or themes conflicting with WordPress updates. 

If malware is detected, our team will run a deep malware scan and clean up any infected files or database entries. If malware re-appears, our team will restore the site back to the last working backup free of charge and provide you a separate quote to resolve any remaining security vulnerabilities through alternative plugins or additional security software.   Our team will make sure the website is safe and secure using our professional security premeditation service at no charge.

Yes, the plan does support the use of custom plugins or themes not publicly available. During onboarding, our team may request additional information and testing to ensure the security and stability of any custom WordPress software. Custom or hardcoded changes to publicly available themes and plugins (commercial or otherwise) are not covered under these plans and will incur additional costs to maintain and support.

Our team runs WordPress updates on your core WordPress, plugins and themes every two weeks. Complex plugins such as WooCommerce, page builders and membership plugins are ran once per month. Our team receives vulnerability reports immediately and will patch any updates containing security vulnerabilities within 24 hours.

After sign-up, your WordPress website will be onboarded within 1-3 business days and we will email you details of what all was setup for onboarding, anything we need from you and a onboarding packet with more information and our best practices.

No! Our WordPress maintenance plans are available month to month although custom plans may require an annual agreement. We want you to stay because you want to, not because you have to.

Yes, we onboard websites that were not built by our team all the time. We do have an audit process to ensure the integrity of the website which may require an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.


Certainly! Our hosting platform is fully scalable to accommodate your business and traffic growth. Should you exceed the allocated traffic, workers, or storage, a charge of $2.40 per additional 1,000 visits will apply, or we will adjust your plan as needed after providing you with notice.

Research indicates that for most websites, it doesn’t heavily influence ranking unless it becomes a deciding factor in a closely competitive scenario, potentially offering a slight advantage. Therefore, we prioritize improving actual loading times, employing tools like GTMetrix to pragmatically boost page speed. Our strategy focuses on optimizing the most accessible improvements rather than striving for a specific page score, which could entail considerable expense without yielding proportionate benefits.

No, if you prefer to host at another provider, we support reputable WordPress hosts such as WPEngine, Kinsta, Cloudways, SiteGround, and Nexcess. We are also happy to help migrate your website to one of these hosting providers if you do not currently host on one of those platforms. During our initial onboarding inspection, we will confirm your current web host is supported.

Our support is available Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST with our standard plan. Custom plans may have additional SLAs or support windows available. We typically respond within the same business day. If you are using our hosting you can contact us 24/7 and we will provide you an emergency contact number during onboarding.

We use a redundant backup system so that daily backups are created by your web server well as by our team each day. Both sets of backups are stored separately from your website files so if anything does happen to your website, your backups are safe. We store our own backups with a reputable and reliable backup provider separate from the web server’s backups.
