Audit Implementation
What to Expect
We have reviewed the audit report, and you have approved the effort required to bring the website up to standard. Now, it’s time to implement the changes through our formal remediation process. If any major changes have occured on the site since the audit report has generated, please let our team know as this could affect the cost and timing of the implementation.
Two Types of Action Items

Red Action (required)
All issues or action items marked as required or highlighted in red in the audit will be implemented as part of the audit implementation process, as these are crucial for maintaining a stable website. This excludes any items specifically noted as exceptions within the audit report, theme discovery document or statement of work (SOW).
Recommendations (optional)
All other issues or recommendations in the audit report are considered optional. Our team will attempt to address these items during the audit implementation within the allocated time. However, if we encounter any difficulties, we may defer these issues and revisit them once we have transitioned to ongoing management services.

Staging Site Preparation
Inspry will work with your team to schedule a feature freeze, pausing any website configurations, installing new plugins or code / design changes during the audit implementation. This ensures there is no unexpected data loss, downtime or unexpected issues that appear after the audit report was generated. Content adjustments, orders and any other dynamic data can still be modified and will not be affected. This ensures that no significant updates are lost during the process. We will then replicate the current production website, including the database and files, to a staging environment hosted by Inspry or your approved existing hosting. This provides a secure and isolated environment for implementing and testing the audit action items.
QA and Client Review
Following the audit implementation on the staging server and subsequent quality assurance (QA) by Inspry, the Client will be invited to conduct a comprehensive review. This review includes testing all essential website functionalities, such as form submissions, checkout processes, search capabilities, and user registration and login procedures. Upon client approval, the modifications will be re-applied manually to the live production site to ensure no data is lost.

Page Speed Optimization
While speed optimization is a consideration during the audit, achieving a specific loading time or PageSpeed score is not guaranteed as part of the implementation. Further optimization may necessitate additional retainer hours or a separate project agreement.
Live Site Implementation and Hosting Migration
If no hosting changes are required, the audit changes will be applied to the live site post-client approval as noted above. In cases of hosting migration to Inspry or another approved host, a maintenance window will be scheduled, typically between 9 AM to 5 PM ET, typically lasting two hours. During this period, the website may display a maintenance notice to users. After migration, the audit adjustments will be re-implemented, during which the website might experience temporary disruptions. The duration of the live audit implementation depends on the complexity of the changes; however, the website will remain operational for essential business activities, such as form submissions and checkout processes. Following this, both Inspry’s QA team and the Client will conduct another review and approval process. Following the audit’s final implementation, Inspry encourages the client’s marketing and SEO teams to review the site for any potential issues.

Managed Services Enrollment
Following the completion of the audit and subsequent reviews, the client has the option to enroll in Inspry’s WordPress maintenance program and our WordPress hosting. By choosing this plan, the Client gains access to continuous support and the ability to request retainer tasks. These requests can be communicated through email or documented in a designated Google spreadsheet provided by Inspry.
