At Inspry, we continuously look to improve the tools and resources we provide to our managed WordPress support clients.
As part of this effort, we have recently upgraded the monthly reports to offer more valuable insights into your website’s performance, security, and user behavior. Here’s a breakdown of the key improvements we’ve made:
- Security Section Enhancements
- We’ve made significant upgrades to the security section of the monthly report to provide clearer data including:
- Malware Scan Results Graph: A visual representation of malware scan results is now included, making it easier to track security threats over time.
- Patched Security Vulnerabilities: We’ve added details of patched security vulnerabilities, allowing you to stay informed about how we’ve kept your site secure.
- Firewall Logs: What was previously known as “Traffic Stats” has been renamed to better reflect its purpose as “Firewall Logs.” This section now includes more detailed breakdowns of firewall activity.
- Bot Protection: We’ve removed the Login Stats section and replaced it with more in-depth bot protection details, categorized by bot type. This helps you understand what kinds of bots are interacting with your site and how they are being handled.
- Improved Data Visualization: Bar charts have been replaced with line charts for a clearer and more intuitive view of security trends, making it easier to follow and interpret changes over time.
- We’ve made significant upgrades to the security section of the monthly report to provide clearer data including:
- Uptime Section Redesign
- To improve the readability of uptime data, we’ve redesigned this section with a new table format. This will help you quickly see uptime metrics in a concise and organized way, making the data more digestible at a glance.
- Expanded Google Analytics Section
- Our Google Analytics reporting has been expanded to offer more insights:
- User Counts: Track the number of visitors to your site over time.
- Users by Country: Get a geographic breakdown of where your users are coming from.
- Sessions by Channel: See how your users are finding your site, whether through organic search, social media, or other channels.
