WORDPRESS WEBSITE Audit
Our technical site health audit is not automated.
Many digital agencies offer various website audits that rely on off-the-shelf automated tools. These scanning tools will catch surface issues, but they won’t register deeper technical issues or enhancements. To truly audit your website, you need a human.

Don’t be one of them.

*The necessity for an additional audit report on themes or custom plugins will vary based on their size and complexity. Before starting the audit, our team will thoroughly examine the codebase to determine if extra work is needed. This ensures that we can provide a clear, upfront flat rate for the cost.
Standardization
At Inspry, we prioritize standardization whenever possible. During a site takeover, we first ensure it meets our specific standards. As part of the audit process, we may require some changes to your plugins and code to align with our standard stack, ensuring we can maintain your website efficiently.
We understand that budgets can be limited, so while not everything may need to be standardized immediately, we will inform you of any recommended changes for future improvements to better align your website with our standards.
Hosting Migration
During the audit process, we will evaluate your current web host’s performance based on your specific website needs. Often, we may require or suggest migrating to our own managed hosting or an approved third-party WordPress host as part of the takeover process.
To test the new hosting setup, we will copy your live site to a staging environment on the new host and implement the audit changes there. This allows us to assess the site’s performance. If the new hosting setup performs well, we can implement the audit changes on the live site simultaneously with the hosting transition to minimize disruptions.
What happens when the audit is completed?
After we review the audit report together, you can sign off on the outlined action items and their associated costs for implementation. Then our team will begin making these changes on a staging version of your live website. After implementing on staging, you will have the opportunity to review and approve them. We will then schedule a date to implement the changes on the live site and handle any necessary hosting migration.
